CDD Data Capture
Structuriser supports the capture of comprehensive CDD data, giving you a single source of truth for due-diligence information across all individuals and entities in your structures. This enriched dataset can be integrated with your chosen screening and vetting tools, helping teams reduce risk, improve oversight, and maintain robust compliance standards.
PDF File Export
Exporting to PDF gives you the power to communicate complex ownership structures with clarity. Structuriser’s PDF export tool preserves every detail of your chart, creating a reliable document you can easily share across teams, include in reports, or store for your records. It’s the ideal format for ensuring your structures remain both portable and presentation-ready.
Configurable Metadata
Structuriser’s powerful metadata feature lets you enrich your structure charts with information that truly matters to your organisation. Add custom fields, notes, and identifiers that reflect your internal processes, then seamlessly link Structuriser to your in-house systems for a more connected, streamlined workflow.
Structure Cloning
Our Cloning feature ensures that every new structure starts from a proven foundation. No more rebuilding complex configurations or worrying about missing details. Simply clone, customise, and continue. It’s a reliable way to scale your work without the extra workload.
Secure Multi Factor Access
Your organisational data deserves the highest level of protection. That’s why Structuriser incorporates secure multi-factor authentication, adding an extra verification step to keep your account safe. By combining convenience with industry-leading security practices, we give you confidence that your company structure charts are accessible only to authorised team members—no matter where they’re working from.
Structure Import & Export
Structuriser fully supports importing and exporting data in the BODS JSON format, giving you the flexibility to work with high-quality, machine-readable structures. The BODS standard provides improved transparency, strong auditability, and smooth integration with external systems—key benefits that non-BODS alternatives simply can’t match.
Assets
Our platform enables users to attach assets—such as vessels, aircraft, and property—directly to organisational structure charts. This provides compliance teams with clearer visibility into how high-value assets are owned, controlled, or used across complex corporate networks, supporting more effective AML and CTF analysis.
Agreements
Legal agreements often reveal where control, influence, or financial dependency truly lies. By mapping loans, leases, and purchase agreements alongside entities and individuals, users gain deeper insight into funding flows, asset usage, and potential risk indicators relevant to AML and counter-terrorist financing efforts.
Integrated Registry Search
In 2026, Structuriser will provide powerful company-lookup capabilities that allow users to retrieve up-to-date information directly from official company registries. With this data, you can seamlessly build clear, accurate corporate structure charts in just a few clicks. This feature eliminates manual data gathering and ensures your diagrams are based on verified, authoritative sources.
Regulatory Alignment
Structuriser supports compliance with AML obligations by helping teams evidence a risk-based approach to understanding, reviewing, and documenting ownership and control structures, in line with international AML standards and supervisory expectations.
FATF Recommendations 24 & 25
The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) sets global standards for transparency of ownership and control through Recommendation 24 (Legal Persons) and Recommendation 25 (Legal Arrangements). These require that beneficial ownership information is adequate, accurate, up to date, and that competent authorities and obliged entities are able to understand and assess ownership and control structures, particularly where they are complex or layered.
Structuriser supports these expectations by enabling teams to:
- Clearly visualise ownership and control relationships
- Consistently review and analyse complex structures
- Reduce reliance on fragmented documents and spreadsheets
- Maintain structured records that support understanding, not just data capture

Industry Standard Data Format
Structuriser leverages the power of the BODS (Beneficial Ownership Data Standard) format to elevate the way you capture and present corporate structures.
This gives you enhanced compatibility with regulatory systems, automated workflows, and other compliance platforms - benefits that non-BODS products simply can't match. It’s a smarter approach that supports both operational efficiency and long-term governance needs.

Structuriser is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), giving you the confidence that your data is protected by industry-leading cloud security.
